Privacy notice
Short version: we only collect what you send us, we only use it to reply to you, and this site sets no tracking cookies.
Who we are
Taekwondo Innovation, Co. Tipperary, Ireland. Contact: info@taekwondoinnovation.com or +353 85 140 6853.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive what you type in: your name, club, email, phone number, message and your answers to the system questions. If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive that message and your contact details.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a demo and, if you buy from us, to supply and support your equipment. We don't sell your details or add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website. It processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site. We use your approximate country, worked out by Cloudflare, only to show which systems we can supply where you are. We don't store it.
- Web3Forms passes enquiry form submissions to our email inbox.
- Stripe takes payment for shop orders. You enter your card details on Stripe's checkout page, not ours, and we never see your full card number. Stripe shares your name, email, phone, delivery address and order with us so we can send it out.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
- WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to message us there.
Cookies
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. The shop remembers your basket in your own browser so it's still there if you come back; nothing is sent to us until you check out.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or order, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@taekwondoinnovation.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
